Aimee Rose is currently the Vice Chancellor of Strategic Communications & Marketing for the University of Tennessee System and the University of Tennessee Southern, having taken on these roles in June 2023. Aimee also serves as the Principal and Consultant for StrateBee Agency LLC since 2016, offering executive consultancy focused on strategic communications and brand positioning. Previous roles include Senior Digital Strategist at Hager Sharp, Assistant Vice President at Shenandoah University, and Chief Marketing & Communications Officer at Augusta Health. Aimee has held senior leadership positions at Mary Baldwin University and Edelman, where responsibilities included managing integrated communications, brand strategy, and digital creative services. Aimee's early career includes significant achievements at Ogilvy & Mather and Chesapeake Bay Candles, with a BA in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Rhode Island.

The University of Tennessee Southern is a four-year public institution, and part of the University of Tennessee System. Formerly Martin Methodist College, originally founded in 1870, UT Southern (established in 2021) sits on a historic campus located in Pulaski, TN, in the beautiful hills of southern Middle Tennessee. The university is home to the UT Southern Firehawks and is convenient to both Nashville (70 miles to the north) and Huntsville, Ala. (40 miles to the south). The University of Tennessee is a statewide system of higher education with campuses in Knoxville, Chattanooga, Martin, Memphis and Pulaski; the UT Space Institute in Tullahoma; the UT Institute of Agriculture with a presence in every Tennessee county; and the statewide Institute for Public Service.
