Beatrice Fadrigon

Beatrice Fadrigon is a Clinical Study Coordinator at The University of Texas at Austin, with a robust background in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Previous experience includes serving as an Alumni Fellow at the iSchool Inclusion Institute, leading workshops for undergraduate students, and working as a Graduate Assistant at the University of California, Berkeley, where a policy review for LGBTQ+ resources was conducted. Fadrigon has held significant roles in various organizations, including as Events Coordinator for the iSchool Graduate Scholars Program, where community building and support for underrepresented students were prioritized. Additional roles include developing inclusive recruiting resources at Palo Alto Networks and providing youth perspectives in research as a Youth Research Advisor at UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh. Fadrigon holds a Master’s degree in Information Management Systems from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh.
