Carol Thompson

Carol Thompson is the CEO and Founder of The Thompson Group, an organization dedicated to world-changing projects since 1993. In addition to this role, Carol has contributed to the Cockrell School of Engineering Advisory Board at The University of Texas at Austin and founded the Young Women's Alliance, which empowers women through various educational and networking opportunities. With experience on the advisory committee for Food+City and as a board member at Lucid.AI, Carol has focused on fostering connections within the Banking and Energy industries. Carol has also served as a business advisor for Magnovate, president of the board for the Center for Maximum Potential Building Systems, and consultant for Trusted Care, all while nurturing business development for MomixSolutions. Carol's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Cornell University.
