Jaime Davis

Jaime Davis is an experienced professional with a strong background in compliance and training management at The University of Texas at Austin since July 2001. Currently serving as Deputy Compliance Officer and Training Program Manager, Jaime oversees a compliance and ethics training program for approximately 30,000 faculty, staff, and student employees. Previous roles include Training Coordinator and Training Specialist III, with responsibilities ranging from managing training programs for various departments to educating employees on essential skills and safety protocols. Additionally, Jaime served as Staff Council Chairperson, leading initiatives to enhance the staff experience for around 10,000 members. Academically, Jaime holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Wartburg College.
