Stephany Wagner-Thornhill

Stephany Wagner-Thornhill currently serves as the Executive Director of Branding and Marketing at The University of Texas at Austin since February 2025, following a distinguished career at the Texas Association of School Boards from August 2006 to March 2025, where roles included Division Director of Brand and Marketing, Assistant Division Director of Communications and Marketing, and Director of Design Services. With extensive experience in leading teams of designers and marketers, Stephany has managed brand strategies for multiple local and national brands while developing effective marketing campaigns and communication materials for various educational and governmental entities. Education includes a BFA in Fine Arts from the University of Michigan, a Digital Marketing Professional Certification from the Digital Marketing Institute, and multiple certificates in Digital Marketing Strategies and UX Design.
