Xiuling Li

Xiuling Li currently serves as the Director of the Microelectronics Research Center and Co-director of the Texas Quantum Institute at The University of Texas at Austin since August 2021, and holds the Temple Foundation Endowed Professorship #3. With a long-standing editorial role as Deputy Editor for Applied Physics Letters since May 2015, Xiuling Li previously held multiple positions at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from March 2007 to August 2021, including Donald Biggar Willett Professor in Engineering and Interim Director of the Holonyak Micro and Nanotechnology Laboratory. Prior experience includes an R&D Manager and Senior Engineer role at EpiWorks from 2001 to 2007. Xiuling Li earned a Ph.D. from UCLA and a Bachelor's Degree from Peking University.
