Michael Lewellen

Michael Lewellen is an experienced professional in blockchain technology and consultancy, currently serving as Secretary and Board Director for the Texas Blockchain Council, and as a Lecturer at The University of Texas at Dallas, where Michael teaches an accredited course on blockchain and cryptocurrencies. Co-founder of Tarski Technologies, Michael has led technology strategies focusing on blockchain, AI/ML, and automation consulting, while also providing consulting services through Cryptocurrency Consulting since 2012. Michael's roles include Head of Solutions Architecture and Security Project Manager at OpenZeppelin, where Michael manages blockchain security projects for high-profile clients. Michael's extensive technical background includes positions such as Blockchain Architect at Verizon and Lead Software Architect for Toyota North America, along with prior experience at Thomson Reuters and Olypsis, contributing to significant blockchain projects and development efforts. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Dallas.
