Sheila Kelly

Sheila Kelly has over two decades of experience in educational administration and program management. Currently, Sheila serves as the Director of the Terry Scholars program at The University of Texas at Dallas since August 2013, having previously held the position of Assistant Director. Prior to this, Sheila was the Program Director at Dallas International School from December 2003 to August 2013. Sheila's career began at the U.S. District Courts, where Sheila worked as the Director of Operations from June 1992 to December 2001. Sheila holds a Master of Public Administration from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Saint Mary's College.
