Karen Selby, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Business Analyst for the University of Texas System since January 2017. In this role, Karen oversees Benefits, Leave Management, HR Records, and Data Administration while also managing reception tasks for the Human Resources Office. Previous experience includes serving as Assistant Director of Human Resources at UT Arlington from February 2004 to January 2017, where Karen managed HR operations for over 4,000 employees and 1,200 retirees. Earlier, Karen held the position of Director of Human Resources at MHMR of Tarrant County from April 1983 to February 2004. Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources from Concordia University Texas.
