Leslie Carruth has over 15 years of experience in health affairs and finance, currently serving as the Associate Vice Chancellor of Health Affairs at The University of Texas System since 2007. In this role, Leslie also directs the Center for Health Care Value and previously held the position of Health Analysis Specialist. Prior to this, Leslie was the Finance Director at Seton Healthcare Family from 2006 to 2007. Leslie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Plan II and Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin, as well as a Master of Business Administration in Accounting from the Texas McCombs School of Business.
