Paul Steinkraus is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in both corporate law and business strategy. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel and Business Strategy Advisor for The University of Texas System since June 2010, Paul provides legal support for the UT System Supply Chain Alliance and advises on shared services initiatives. Previously, Paul operated a sole law practice in Austin after gaining admission to the Texas Bar in 2009. Additionally, Paul held various roles at Ford Motor Company from 1978 to 2009, including VP-General Counsel for Asia Pacific and Africa, where responsibilities included overseeing legal matters across multiple international markets and facilitating significant joint ventures and transactions. Paul began a legal career at Dean, Bahr, Miko & Dean and Fischer, Franklin & Ford, and is a graduate of Wayne State University Law School and the University of Michigan.
