Urban Heroes is a vibrant lifestyle brand and our core product is High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), offered at our boutique studios in Hamburg and Frankfurt. 

By combining uber cool beats, top trainers in the business and a state-of-the-art studio; each individual is pushed to their limit in a group setting. We incorporate HIIT and functional weight exercises in a fun club-like atmosphere. The unique Urban Heroes workout increases cardiovascular ability, builds strength, effectively and efficiently assists with weight loss - making our guests fitter, stronger and healthier. 

At the Frankfurt location, our holistic concept is further enhanced by our relaxing and mobilizing Recharge Classes in the Green Zone and regeneration-promoting cryo (cold) therapy in the Blue Zone.

The Urban Heroes team is made up of fitness enthusiasts who believe in the power of healthy living which we believe leads to long and fulfilling lives. All Resident Hero Trainers are highly qualified and dedicated to helping every Hero & Shero achieve their personal fitness goals.
