Harshal Shah is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in the technology and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Founder and CEO of The Venture Build since April 2023, Harshal focuses on helping growth companies scale through an operator venture capital approach. As President of TiEAustin, Harshal contributes to the world's largest not-for-profit network aimed at supporting startups. Previous roles include leadership positions at Persistent Systems, where responsibilities included revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and product engineering in healthcare and hi-tech domains. Harshal co-founded Stantra Systems, focused on healthcare Clinical Information Systems in the APAC market. Early career experiences at Infosys and Persistent Systems involved defining product architecture and leading successful technology initiatives. Harshal holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Sardar Patel University and completed an educational program at Wharton Online in 2018.
