Andrew Hardman

Andrew Hardman is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in project management and business agility, currently serving as a Senior Enterprise PMO Analyst at The Very Group since August 2002. In this role, Andrew manages the product roadmap and backlog, aligning initiatives with strategic priorities across the organization. Previous roles at The Very Group include leading the Customer Care Project Management Office, where Andrew implemented prioritization and governance frameworks, and serving as a Business Agility Specialist, driving change within customer care teams. Earlier career experiences include managing fraud teams and working as an underwriter. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Edge Hill University and additional qualifications from Runshaw College and Penwortham Priory High School.
