Paula Fox

Paula Fox is an experienced professional in human resources and operations, currently serving as Regional General Manager for the New England division of US Ecology, Inc., the world's largest commercial oil spill response organization, since January 2016. In addition, Paula holds the position of CEO/Partner at Persona Consulting LLC, focusing on human resources and operations, while also being the Chief Human Resources Officer at The VIA Agency since 1999. Paula's career spans over 25 years, including roles at Unum in sales and recruiting and as Director of Operations for the National Associate of Health Care Professionals. Paula graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Husson University and has furthered education at the University of Southern Maine.
