Joan Boose is an experienced nursing professional currently serving as an ESU RN at VNA of Texas since June 2014. With a strong background in the military, Joan retired as a LTC from the US Army and served as an officer in the United States Army Reserve from 1985 to 2008. Joan has also held the position of Western Region Member Services Director for the Reserve Officers Association from August 2009 to October 2012. Additionally, Joan is actively involved as a member of AORN since 1985 and has been associated with OSMTH as a GOTJ since January 2003. Joan's educational background includes a nursing degree from Case Western Reserve University and degrees in Biology/Genetics and Biology from The University of Toledo and Bard College at Simon's Rock, respectively.
