Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer from February 2005 to August 2010, assisting in designing the database schema and creating libraries. Kevin also held the role of Senior Computational Linguist from September 2000 to February 2005, developing natural language processing algorithms and tools for corporate and government customers and conducting training classes.

From 1998 to 2001, Kevin Davies earned a Bachelor's degree in Theoretical Linguistics from the University of Utah.
