Steven Duckworth has extensive work experience in various technical and leadership roles. Steven served as the Chief Technology Officer at The VOID, where they developed and implemented the technology strategy, drove innovation, and stayed up-to-date with industry advancements. Prior to that, they worked as the VP of Global Technical Operations and IT Director at The VOID, where they led the global technical operations for 17 locations and successfully created and managed various technical support teams.
Before joining The VOID, Steven worked at Echostar, where they held the position of Sr Manager of Operations Engineering. Here, they oversaw the database architecture and administration team, led the monitoring team, and introduced configuration management tools to automate deployments.
Earlier in their career, Steven worked as a Sr Systems Engineer at LDS Church, where they were responsible for infrastructure monitoring and provided support and training to the Network Operation Center. Steven also served as a Sr. Software Engineer at Novell, overseeing new development, product design, and defect resolution.
Steven's work experience also includes roles as the Manager of IT Operations at Volera, Regional Technical Manager at ISManaged.com, Network Management Architect at Novell, and Network Engineer at Dynix. Through these positions, they gained expertise in various areas such as content distribution networks, video streaming readiness, network management systems, and enterprise networks.

Steven Duckworth has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Utah Valley University. In addition, they have obtained certifications in DevOps Foundations and DevOps Foundations: Site Reliability Engineering from LinkedIn in August 2020.

Curtis Hickman, James Jensen, and Ken Bretschneider founded it in 2015, with its headquarters in Lindon in Utah with additional offices in locations in Anaheim in California, Orlando in Florida, New York City, Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, and Toronto in Canada.
