Erick H. currently serves as the Head of Investor Relations and Business Development at The Voleon Group, where responsibilities include leading marketing, business development, product strategy, and investor relations, along with membership on the Executive Committee. In addition, Erick functions as the Co-Head of Investor Relations and Business Development at Horizons National, an organization focused on serving under-resourced children, and holds the Vice Chair position on its Board of Directors. Previous experience encompasses a significant tenure at Bridgewater Associates, where Erick advanced from Client Advisor to Head of Global Marketing, managing extensive teams and major fund launches, and overseeing the Pacific Region during corporate restructuring. Additional consulting roles at Bain & Company, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and Oliver Wyman, along with earlier positions at Kiva.org and the American Legacy Foundation, highlight a diverse professional background. Erick earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Virginia.
