George Downs

George Downs is an experienced video correspondent and producer currently working at The Wall Street Journal since January 2013, specializing in coverage of the future of mobility. Prior to this role, George served as Senior Video Producer and Manager of Multi-Format Production for EMEA at Lloyd's List from November 2011 to January 2013, in addition to a position as Video Producer and Multimedia Producer. George holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Cinematography and Film/Video Production from the University of Staffordshire, where studies were completed from 2005 to 2008.
