Kenneth McClintock

Kenneth McClintock is a trustee at The Washington Center. Kenneth previously served as chairman of The Council of State Governments from December 1998 to December 1999. Kenneth was the first Theirpanic chairman in 1999 and presided over the most successful annual meeting until then, only surpassed by the 1999 meeting held in Quebec. As chairman, they co-presided with CSG President, Gov. Tommy Thompson of Wisconsin an official visit to the People's Republic of China, where they met with Premier Zhu Ronji and with the mayor of Beijing.

In May, 1993, a CSG-sponsored visit to the subarctic village of Radisson, Quebec, allowed him to visit the construction of a seven-lake reservoir complex to produce hydroelectric power for HydroQuebec, which supplies power to the Canadian province of Quebec and several Northeastern states of the US.

Kenneth McClintock attended Tulane University Law School, where they earned their Juris Doctor. Kenneth then began their career in law.
