Darius Smith

Darius Smith is a seasoned professional in game presentation and event marketing with extensive experience across various sports organizations. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Game Presentation for the Washington Commanders since June 2023, Darius has also held significant roles at the Costante Group and the University of Richmond, where responsibilities included managing gameday experiences and marketing services. Previous experience includes notable positions with the Minnesota Vikings, where Darius advanced from Entertainment Coordinator to Senior Manager of Game/Event Presentation, and contributions to the NBA during the 2015 All-Star Week. Earlier career stages featured involvement with the Kansas City Royals as an Event Presentation and Production Assistant and an internship at the University of Virginia focused on promotions and marketing strategies. Darius holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia, awarded in 2013.
