Michaela Dowling

Michaela Dowling currently serves as Senior Director of Marketing & Brand Strategy at Washington Commanders, a role that includes leading the marketing team and overseeing multi-channel marketing campaigns. Since joining the organization in August 2016, Michaela has been instrumental in the team's rebranding efforts, analyzing extensive fan feedback and facilitating collaborations for the brand launch campaign. With a background that includes positions as Director, Brand Manager, and Senior Manager in various service and marketing capacities within sports and entertainment, Michaela possesses a strong foundation in strategic planning, brand management, and client services. Michaela holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from the University of Maryland and an Associate of Arts from Montgomery College.
