Mika Lomax

Mika Lomax is an experienced professional with a diverse background in guest experience and event operations. Currently serving as the Manager of Guest Experience at Washington Commanders since August 2003, Mika has held roles including Coordinator of Guest Services and Coordinator of Ticket Operations, managing event staff and interns to enhance the internship experience. Additionally, Mika contributes to leadership initiatives as a Board Member of the Women's Initiative Network and the Black Engagement Network. Previous experience as an Event Security Supervisor at BEST Crowd Management and a Domestic Violence Advocate with DC SAFE highlights a commitment to community support and safety. Mika holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Psychology from the University of Maryland Global Campus, along with a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Bowie State University.
