Bill Fath

Bill Fath serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the Minerals Division at The Weir Group PLC since August 2009, where responsibilities include leading a transformational global operating model that enhances growth and customer service while prioritizing safety. Previously, Bill held various leadership roles, including Managing Director of Weir Minerals US, where significant increases in Hard Rock Mining sales were achieved, and President of Specialty Pumps and Valves & Controls, focusing on market expansion and operational efficiency. Prior experience at Flowserve as General Manager yielded a 90% revenue growth, and as Vice President Operations, implementation of lean manufacturing techniques substantially improved lead times and delivery performance. Bill holds an MBA from Penn State University and a BA in Business Administration from Belmont Abbey College.
