Stacey Stewart

Stacey Stewart is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial reporting and management roles. Currently serving as Group Treasury Controller at The Weir Group PLC since September 2023, Stacey previously held the position of Senior Financial Accountant at ScotRail from January 2022 to September 2023, where involvement in the transition to public ownership for financial reporting was significant. Prior experience includes a Director role at Morgan Stanley (January 2019 - December 2021), focusing on compensation and benefits expense reporting for UK & EMEA, and a Team Manager and Pension Scheme Accountant at Aon (November 2009 - December 2018), managing complex pension scheme financials. Stacey's career began as a Fund Accountant at BNP Paribas (June 2006 - October 2009), following the completion of a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy and Law with first-class honors from the University of Glasgow (2002 - 2006) and obtaining ACCA qualifications (2006 - 2009), culminating in FCCA status in July 2014.
