Eifion Roberts is an experienced Strength and Conditioning professional in rugby, currently serving as the Women's Physical Performance Lead for the Welsh Rugby Union since January 2016, where a significant achievement includes leading the team to a historic rise in World Rugby rankings. Previous roles encompass Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Wales National Squad, contributing to major tournaments like the Rugby World Cup, and serving as Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Wales Sevens team with effective performance enhancements.
