Constanza Pachon, MBA has a diverse and extensive work experience. Constanza currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at The Whole Child, where they oversee strategic planning, financial and operational management, fundraising, and communications. In their previous role as President & COO at Larta Institute, they developed and implemented a strategic plan to diversify funding and enhance the organization's profile. Additionally, Constanza worked as a Senior Consultant at the Inter-American Development Bank, assisting in the design of instruments for developing innovation ecosystems in Latin America. Constanza also gained experience in international trade and economic development through roles at the Los Angeles Mayor's Office of International Trade, World Trade Center Los Angeles, UNDP, and Economia & Finanzas, Ltda.

Constanza Pachon, MBA received their Bachelor's degree in Economics from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in 2000. Constanza pursued further studies and obtained a Masters degree in Economics from the same university in 2001. In 2002, they earned a Certificate in International Trade from UCLA. Later, they pursued an MBA specializing in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from UCLA Anderson School of Management, completing their degree in 2011.
