Mark Oliver is currently the EVP of Talent & People Operations at The Wills Group. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of SVP of Human Resources at Modell's Sporting Goods from 2012 to 2018. Their experience also includes being the Vice President of Human Resources at Total Wine & More from 2009 to 2012, Circuit City from 1996 to 2009, Director of HR at Waldenbooks & Borders Stores from 1992 to 1996, and Manager of HR at Pizza Hut from 1988 to 1992. Mark holds a BS in Psychology from Florida Southern College and an MS in Industrial Psychology from Radford University.
