The Wills Group
Mr. Mitchell was elected to The Wills Group Board of Directors in 1996. He is the President of MSI, Inc. Mr. Mitchell served as the Secretary for the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DHMH) from January 2015 through December 2016. From 2004 until 2007, Mr. Mitchell held the position of Principal Deputy Secretary of DHMH. Mr. Mitchell previously served in the Maryland House of Delegates for three terms. He was a member of the House Economic Matters and Appropriations Committees, focusing on legislation dealing with small businesses and the state budget. Mr. Mitchell is a Director for County First Bank. He attended Campbell University.
