Sadie Palmer

Sadie Palmer is a Continuous Improvement Specialist at The Wonderful Company, utilizing lean and statistical tools to enhance management systems since August 2022. Prior to this role, Sadie held various positions at Compass, including Associate Regional Manager where leadership was provided to over 400 customers and a management team of around 20. Sadie's experience also encompasses operations and strategy management across multiple brands and states, as well as business management in high-performing real estate teams. Additional operations roles include serving as a staff member at Handle Bar Indoor Cycling Studio and a Regional Training Partner at Caffè Nero, where training and quality assurance were primary responsibilities. Earlier career highlights feature roles in healthcare supervision and professional modeling, including runway instruction and participation in renowned fashion weeks. Sadie holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Six Sigma Global Institute and a Bachelor's degree in Biology & Health Sciences from Emmanuel College.
