Alex Claudio has extensive experience in IT support and technical roles, currently serving as an IT Support Technician at The YGS Group since January 2018. Prior experience includes a position as a Desktop Support Technician at WellSpan Health, where responsibilities focused on supporting "Project One" and managing various hardware deployments. Alex also worked as an IT Help Desk Technician at Blockhouse Furniture, providing support for over 80 users and managing system security, along with roles as a Computer Technician at Teleplan International and a District Computer Administrator at York City School Department. Alex graduated from YTI Career Institute with a degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology and holds a high school diploma from William Penn Senior High School.
