Eliana Ledesma

Eliana Ledesma, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Senior Manager, People at The Zebra since January 2021, having previously held the role of People Business Partner. Prior to this, Eliana worked at iFLY Indoor Skydiving as Regional People Services Manager, overseeing Human Resource initiatives for 400 employees across multiple locations in the United States and Canada. Earlier experience includes a decade at Target, where Eliana advanced from Executive Team Lead in Food, Salesfloor to Executive Team Lead in Human Resources, focusing on training new HR Managers and addressing complex employee relations issues. Eliana holds an MBA in Organizational Development & Learning from Concordia University Texas and a BBA in Finance from Texas A & M International University.
