Sara Miller

Sara Miller has extensive experience in talent acquisition and people operations, currently serving as the Lead Talent Business Partner at The Zebra since February 2022. In this role, Sara oversees full-cycle recruiting across all departments, manages recruiting operations and onboarding, and supports employee development and succession planning. Prior to this, Sara worked in various recruiting positions, including Technology Recruiter at MGM Resorts International and Recruiting Associate Team Leader at Whole Foods Market, focusing on diverse hiring practices and process improvements. Education was completed at the University of Colorado Denver. Additionally, Sara is a member of The Old Girls Club since March 2025.
