Leonidas Quentzel

Leonidas Quentzel has a diverse work experience. Leonidas started their career as an Operations Intern at Rocket Internet AG in 2012. In 2014, they worked as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Microsoft Ventures. The following year, they joined FABERNOVEL as an Analyst. In 2016, Leonidas joined McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager, where they led teams in various sectors and served clients across the Americas, Europe, and the Middle East. At McKinsey, they primarily focused on serving alternative investors and financial institutions. In 2021, they became the Vice President of Corporate Development at TheGuarantors before being promoted to Chief Business Officer in 2023. At TheGuarantors, they contributed to raising series C funding and played a key role in the company's growth and success.

Leonidas Quentzel has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Sorbonne Université. Leonidas also attended Lycée Carnot, where they completed preparatory classes. In addition, they hold a Master of Science degree in Management from ESCP Business School.
