The Learning Experience
Steve Hawter has extensive experience in the field of learning and development, with a focus on training and people development. Steve was most recently the Vice President of Learning and Development at The Learning Experience since June 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Training and Development at Carrabba's Italian Grill from March 2016 to March 2018. Before that, they held roles at Dickey's Barbecue Restaurants, Inc., including Senior Vice President of Training from June 2015 to March 2016, and Vice President of Training from October 2013 to June 2015.
Additionally, Steve Hawter has a long history with CiCi's Pizza, where they held multiple positions including Vice President of Franchise Services from January 2010 to September 2013, Vice President of Training from November 2006 to January 2010, Director of Training from July 2003 to November 2006, and District Manager from November 2000 to July 2003.
Steve'searly work experience includes serving as an Area Supervisor at RTM Restaurant Group from 1997 to 2000. Overall, Steve Hawter has demonstrated a strong track record in leadership and training roles throughout their career.
Steve Hawter attended Berry College from 1984 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

The Learning Experience is a child development center that offers childcare education to children between the ages of 6 weeks to 12 years.At The Learning Experience® (TLE®), we believe that each child deserves to grow and learn at his/her own pace.
