Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder at Thence: The Product Success Company since September 2012, Alok John also holds the role of Director and Head of UX. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Software Engineer at Accenture from May 2008 to May 2014, where Alok John led a team of eight in driving user experience initiatives for major global clients such as Merrill Lynch and Bank of America. Alok John earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya between 2003 and 2007.
