Pranjali Hardikar

Pranjali Hardikar is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in monitoring, evaluation, and impact management across various sectors. Currently serving as Manager, Impact at The/Nudge Institute since November 2022, Pranjali leads MEL initiatives for the InSight project. Previously, in the role of Associate Manager, Impact, Pranjali spearheaded M&E efforts for anti-poverty programs and managed evaluations to ensure data-driven decision-making. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Consultant at Central Square Foundation, supporting foundational learning initiatives, and enhancing MEAL capacity at Leadership For Equity. Pranjali's earlier roles include research internship at NABARD and a fellowship with Teach For India, reflecting a strong commitment to social impact and education. Pranjali holds a Master of Science in Economics from Symbiosis School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Symbiosis College of Arts and Commerce. Additionally, Pranjali possesses a diploma in Kathak, showcasing a diverse skill set.
