Toby Ogden has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Toby is currently the Chief Operating Officer of The Office Group (TOG and Fora), where they oversee sales, operations, acquisitions, growth, asset management, and the company's international business. Prior to this, Toby served as the Chief Commercial Officer at The Office Group from 2019 to 2022.

Before joining The Office Group, Toby worked at Cushman & Wakefield for four years as the Head of London Markets & UK Board Member. During their time there, they also held the position of International Partner.

Before Cushman & Wakefield, Toby was a Director at Cushman & Wakefield - Formerly DTZ from 2011 to 2016. Toby held various roles within the company, including Associate Director of Occupier Services and Associate Director of Global Corporate Services.

Toby's career in the real estate industry began in 2007 at DTZ, where they worked in Tenant Representation Agency and European Valuation.

Toby Ogden earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Birmingham, where they studied from 2002 to 2005. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts (Hons) degree in European Real Estate at Kingston University from 2005 to 2006. Additionally, Toby attended Eltham College at some point, though the duration and field of study are unknown.
