Panagiotis Maniotis currently serves as the Chief Information Officer at THEON SENSORS S.A. since July 2023, bringing a wealth of experience in information technology leadership. Previously, Panagiotis held the position of IT Director at Steelmet SA of the Viohalco Group from July 2018 to December 2022 and at ETEM S.A. from April 2010 to July 2018. Earlier roles included Chief System Engineer at Korres Natural Products and BinaryTree, as well as System and Network Engineer at Steelmet SA (Viohalco Group). Notably, during the Athens 2004 Olympic Games, Panagiotis contributed as an IT Venue Coordinator, receiving a Bronze Medal from the Athens 2004 committee for outstanding support and coordination of IT equipment across Olympic venues. Educational qualifications include an undergraduate degree in Information Technology and Computing from The Open University, and certifications such as Microsoft Certified Technician.
