Sofie Duchateau

Sofie Duchateau is an experienced People and Culture Business Partner for A-Gas in the Netherlands and Belgium since October 2022. As the owner of HumanDo, a company focused on motivation and life design, Sofie has also served as an HR trainer specializing in Communication and Leadership. Previous roles include HR consultant at Fluxys, Interim HR Manager Benelux at CEVA SANTE ANIMALE, and Project Manager HR at BASF, where extensive project management and talent acquisition experience were gained.
