Peter Nichols

Peter Nichols is a Senior VFX Artist at Theorycraft Games since May 2024 and has been an instructor for Intro to Visual Effects at Gnomon since January 2024. Previous experience includes Senior VFX Artist at Beyond-FX from March 2022 to May 2024, Technical Artist for Diablo 4 at Blizzard Entertainment from April 2019 to April 2022, and Character Rigger at Rooster Teeth for the scifi mecha show gen:Lock from March 2018 to April 2019. Earlier roles include Character Rigger at RIG-IT.net, focusing on rigging and programming, and a 3D Modeler at The 3D Printer Experience, specializing in client projects and product renderings. Peter Nichols holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Design and Applied Arts from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, completed in 2015.
