Gavin Jelic-Masterton has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in the field of fertility. Gavin started their career as a Market Research Executive at GfK NOP in 1994. Gavin then worked as a Senior Associate Director at GfK Martin Hamblin from 1997 to 2000. In 2000, they joined Merck Serono and took on roles such as Global Business Intelligence Director and Global Marketing Director for Reproductive Health. From 2009 to 2013, they worked at Ferring Pharmaceuticals, where they served as Head of Global Marketing for Fertility. In 2013, Jelic-Masterton became the CEO of Finox Biotech AG, a biotech company specializing in fertility products. During their time at Finox Biotech, they also briefly held the position of Senior Vice-President and Head of Global Marketing & Commercial Operations. Since November 2018, Jelic-Masterton has been the President of the Global Fertility Franchise at Theramex, where they are responsible for the development and implementation of the company's fertility strategy.
Gavin Jelic-Masterton completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Bristol, where they attended from 1990 to 1994.
