Isabelle Castel Maroteaux has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Isabelle started their career as a Formulation Manager at G D Searle in 1980. Isabelle then worked at Allergan France as a Qualified Person and Director of Pharm.Sciences, where they were responsible for maintaining GMP quality systems and ensuring compliance with French laws. In 2008, they became an Independent Consultant, specializing in Quality and CMC. From 2010 to the present, Isabelle has been working at THERAMEX - TEVA (former Merck Serono) as the Head of Pharmaceutical Development and Qualified Person intermediary. In this role, they lead a team of scientists in the development of new products and oversees regulatory activities. Isabelle also briefly served as a Director at C.M.Q starting in 2018.
Isabelle Castel Maroteaux pursued their education at the University of Montpellier from 1972 to 1979. During this time, they earned a degree in Pharmacy (Pharm D) with a focus on Pharmaceuticals.
