At Theramex, Rafal is responsible for ensuring the global IT service desk meets high standards and delivers world-class service to users. Prior to Theramex, Rafal worked as an Onsite Support IT engineer at IT Lab, providing support and consultancy services to a diverse customer base. Additionally, Rafal served as an IT Support Specialist at Prosyn Ltd, supporting key clients including a fast-growing Fintech startup.
