Dawn Guizzetti has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Dawn started their career as an Executive Correspondence Client Manager at First USA in 1995 and worked there until 1998. From 1998 to 1999, they worked as a Recruiter and Business Development professional at J&J Staffing. Dawn then joined National Corporate Housing in 1999 and served as a General Manager until 2011.
In 2014, Dawn took on the role of Scheduling and Marketing Coordinator at Delaware Periodontics and stayed with the company until 2017. During this time, they also worked as an Esthetician at LASTING LOOKS from 2017 to 2017. Dawn then transitioned to a Recruiter position at Kelly Services from 2017 to 2018.
In 2018, Dawn held the position of Financial Coordinator at Delaware Center for Oral Surgery and Dental Implants before joining Therapy Source, Inc. as a Senior Recruiter in October 2018. At Therapy Source, they focused on providing comprehensive special education staffing and services solutions for educational institutions nationwide.
Dawn'swork at Therapy Source involved recruiting and placing professionals such as speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, school psychologists, special education teachers, reading specialists, behavioral therapists, social workers, licensed professional counselors, occupational therapy assistants, physical therapists, audiologists, teachers of the visually impaired, sign language interpreters, orientation and mobility specialists, and deaf and hard of hearing teachers.
Throughout their career, Dawn has demonstrated a strong commitment to recruitment, customer service, and team support.
Dawn Guizzetti enrolled at Fairwinds Academy from 1990 to 1994, where they completed their high school education. From 1994 to 1995, they attended Delaware Technical and Community College-Stanton-Wilmington, focusing on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In 2010, Dawn pursued further education at The Academy of Massage and Body Work, where they obtained a degree in Medical Esthetics and became a Licensed Medical Aesthetician in 2011.
