Ben Delfs

Ben Delfs has work experience in the field of strategy, impact management, business innovation analysis, and business development analysis. In 2021, they worked as a Business Development Analyst at Solaires Entreprises Inc. from April to September. In 2022, they joined Therma° as a Business Innovation Analyst from March to January of the following year. Subsequently, they transitioned to the role of Strategy and Impact Manager at Therma° starting in January 2023.

Ben Delfs completed their education at the University of Victoria. From 2019 to 2022, they pursued a Juris Doctor degree in Law. Following this, from 2020 to 2022, they enrolled in the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program, specializing in Sustainable Innovation.
