Prior to Therma-Stor, Todd worked at Royster-Clark as a Loader and served in the US Army as an Infantryman, achieving multiple accolades. Educational qualifications include a Basic Management Certificate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and training from various organizations, emphasizing leadership and safety in manufacturing processes.
