R. Alexandra Keith

Ms. Keith has been a director of the Company since November 2020. She is currently Chief Executive Officer of Procter & Gamble’s (“P&G”) global Beauty business and sits on P&G’s Global Leadership Council. Ms. Keith has spent her entire 30-plus year career at P&G, holding a variety of roles within the organization, including manufacturing, logistics, communications, and product innovation. Ms. Keith currently serves as a member of the Executive Board of Cosmetic Executive Women, and as Co-Chair, Board & Executive Committee of the Personal Care Products Council.
