Nathan Fong is an experienced quality management professional with a strong background in quality systems, compliance, and continuous improvement across various industries. Currently serving as the Interim Quality Manager at Thermon, Inc., Fong oversees quality management systems for multiple locations and acts as a Lead Auditor for various ISO standards. Previous roles include Compliance Engineer and Senior Quality Engineer at Lancer Worldwide, Quality Management Systems & Continuous Improvement Leader at GE Oil & Gas, and roles in product development and engineering at TAKATA Seat Belts, Inc. and other companies. Nathan Fong holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Buffalo State University and an AAS in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Hudson Valley Community College.
